About Me
Andrew Bailie
Andrew Bailie is a Northern Irish artist and photographer based in Lincolnshire. His work includes abstract and playfully surreal paintings. He works across digital and traditional mediums, creating pieces that explore time, memory, and the emotional weight of everyday moments. His process often blends abstraction with a sense of quiet storytelling.

Self-taught and constantly evolving, Andrew's creative path has been shaped by persistence, curiosity and the need to express something that words often can't reach. His photography focuses on capturing honest, natural moments - whether in portraits, creative shoots, or simple glipses of real life.

At the heart of it all, Andrew is trying to make work that feels true - to himself and to the people who see it. Whether through painting or photography, he hopes to create space for reflection, connection and occasionally something unexpected.

Alongside his visual work, Andrew also writes deadpan, surrealist comedy that often feeds into his art and photography. This offbeat sense of humour helps him explore the absurdity of modern life, grounding even his more abstract work in something human, relatable, and quietly strange.
